Exchange and return policy

At Bbeauty we guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you need to exchange or return a product, please see the guidelines below.

1. Right to Free Termination

If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, they may exercise their right to free resolution and return them within 14 days of receipt. They must communicate their intention by email to info@bbeauty.pt.

In order for the deadline to be respected, the communication must be sent before the end of the 14-day period.

The order will only be accepted if the products:

  • Have not been opened, used or handled;

  • Maintain their original characteristics, sealed packaging and in perfect condition.

After analyzing and approving the return, Bbeauty will proceed with the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, except in cases of payment via entity and reference, where the IBAN will be requested for the refund.

The item to be returned must be sent to Travessa António Veiga, 5 1º T 4740-405 Fão - Esposende, with shipping costs borne by the customer, except in situations previously agreed between the customer and BBeauty.

Exceptions to the Right of Free Termination

It will not be possible to return personalized or made-to-order products. Products that by their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly.

2. Return Process

  1. The customer must contact BBeauty via email at info@bbeauty.pt to start the process, and will be notified by email of the return procedure. A photograph demonstrating the defect must also be attached.

  2. After approval, the customer sends the product to the address Travessa António Veiga 5, 1º T 4740-405 Fão Esposende.

  3. After receipt and verification, the refund is processed within 14 days.

Whenever it is a product offered, the return must be made by the person who made the purchase, following the procedure.

If the product is a gift, during a promotional campaign, the customer must return both the product purchased and the gift received.

3. Exchanges

  1. An item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value;

  2. Products must be intact, unused and in their original sealed packaging:

  3. The exchange will be carried out depending on stock availability;

  4. The deadline to request an exchange is 14 days after receiving the order.

Each product can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange the customer is not satisfied, they must request a return.

The customer must contact BBeauty to coordinate the collection of the item to be exchanged and the delivery of the new one. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
